Worst Experience ever!! Anyone can try their best to change my mind, but I'm a thousand percent positive you won't! By far the worst service of all time to the minute going in to leaving! Wish there was an option for me to give zero stars for the terrible service. Also sadly this was my 2nd visit. My 1st visit was for my daughter's hair and their was no issues, because her hair type is Puerto Rican , Dominican and Ecuadorian. This worst Experience was for my hair I have fine straight China hair and she destroyed my hair with extreme heat to my hair that my hair was falling out!. Now let me explain, because every person should know and be aware of the deceiving services these fake professionals provide. I'm the customer and they provided me with terrible service. First off I acknowledge myself when walking in because those women did not acknowledge me. Second off when I said I needed a wash and set she looked at my hair and said $41.00 I don't know why she had to look at my hair but I think it was because she was trying to over charge me, because how u don't know how much? You do hair everyday you can't tell me a price without no hesitation??. Third off I waited 15 minutes almost close to 20 minutes just to get my hair washed, after she told me to go to the chair next to the lady, instead of walking me over to the appropriate chair. Forth off i waited on a regular seat not the salon chair. So I waited again and that wasn't too long since there was only 3 people there thankfully!!. So as I sat there she took about 30 minutes to dry my hair knowing my hair is already straight!! Fifth of all she was doing thing to my hair that was unnecessar. Things like part it and twirl my ends and put pins in them for what reason again I don't know!! My hair don't curl like that for nothing again I can leave my hair wet and it will air dry straight. she's the fake professionals I wanted to also see where her acknowledge of her job profession and she needs her licenses revoked!! She assiated my hair like it was her firat day at the salon. She also stated since i didnt want to sit under the blow dryer in rollers she said "oh that's and extra $5.00 for just to blow dry it, so my $41 charge changed into $46.00..... When she was done destroying my hair with extreme heat and stripping my hair i just wanted to leave because i didnt want to believe she did this to my hair im the victim..So i noticed she made it twice as thin basically less fuller it was less thick also i noticed I lost 2 inches of hair from my black hair not even from my blonde bleached hair. Also she said they don't accept credit cards only cash. So I had to get cash from my credit card huge inconvenience. So this "professional" Burned my hair so much it was frizzy with static shock the same day it became overly oily and static that my ends was getting knotted and I even tried my best to bring it back down with some water to fix it didn't work. Then the next day I was like it doesn't even look like i visited a salon so I washed my hair with my shampoo and conditioner as regular and I losted a significant amount of hair and was like I know I'm buggin out because how can I lose my hair just by washing it, then I let it air dry and waited again another day and still my hair was getting fixzy and knotted and mind you my hair dries quick and is OD straight I just wanted star service. So I washed it the 2nd time for still hair to come out and I'm like there is a problem going on. After that I waited again and washed my hair for the final time and still loosing my hair so I took it up to the lady at the salon and demanded to speak to the manager and she kept saying over and over it's because i bleached my hair that was her counter argument which doesnt make sense because my black un- bleached hair was falling out!! with no justice and for them to tell me she is not here and she comes at what ever time she feels like it. So I'm a very upset customer and im.beyond furious and I will take it up with the manager and better business bureau.
